Converted an office space into a 42-seat fine dining restaurant for Chef Cagla Onal's My Little Chamomile. Bespoke millwork at the bar and seats. Outdoor weather controlled vestibule. The restaurant nests on the ground level of a condo building, so sound dampening features were also installed. $167/sf build-out project including bar equipment and a brand new HVAC split system.
